"When we decided to sell our home on acreage at Kelso we thought very carefully about who we wanted to engage. We wanted someone who knew the area and understood acreage; and who would be open, honest and fair. We also wanted a good price.
There were several agencies we were considering from advice from friends. At the time, Nicholson First National was not one of them. We then recieved a phone call from Rowena asking if we were interested in selling. She subsequently sent a portfolio of information. When the time came to put the house on the market we invited four representatives from different agencies around to view the house, garden and yards to give appraisals.
Of all the represntatives who came to the house Rowena was the only one to take the time to walk around the house, gardens, sheds and yard. Rowena suggested a price well above the other agents - tens of thousands above other suggestions. We decided to list with Rowena.
Rowena conducted our open houses respectfully and worked with our schedules to make the process easy. She kept us apprised of any interest demonstrated in the house and worked with us and buyers to find us the right buyer. She also achieved a fabulous outcome. She sold our house for $520,000 - $70,000 above what one agent sugested.
